How will my order be shipped?
Depending on your location and address type we will ship your order via the U.S. Post Office, UPS or Fed Ex.
How Long will it take to receive my purchase?
Most orders ship within 2 business days. We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order. We ship from Wilkes-Barre, PA and transit time varies between 2-5 business days for most deliveries.
Will I receive a tracking number/confirmation for my shipment?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item ships.
Why doesn’t my tracking number show updated information? Did it actually ship?
Yes. If you received a tracking number your order actually shipped. It can occasionally take up to 48 hours for the tracking websites to update properly. If it hasn’t updated in that time, let us know and we can dig deeper for you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping prices vary from item to item. Sword in the Stone ships all our items via USPS Standard Shipping unless a customer has requested and paid for expedited shipping or requested another carrier.
We ship products on all days except Sunday using the most cost-effective, efficient manner possible. (We will upgrade shipping whenever possible.)
What is this? My order came in a box that is labeled from another company!
We frequently will re-use boxes from our manufacturers, distributors, etc. to cut down on handling fees and reduce waste. If you require a plain, unmarked box, please note that during checkout.
